Where are Nuku Gowns made?

All Nuku Gowns are made in our Australian Atelier with love care and precision.

When to order?

Gowns should be ordered 12 - 18 months prior to your wedding. Some gowns can be ordered 4-6 months prior to your wedding, but email us first. (info@nuku.com.au) 

I need a Gown quickly, what should I do?

Contact us immediately (info@nuku.com.au) as there are options for delivering a gown in 4 weeks - 4 months. Some can be made with a priority fee, others are in our Ready to Wear.

Made to Order Gowns

These gowns are created especially for you.  As such refunds are not available.

Bespoke changes

Bespoke or customised changes to our gowns can be requested. For example, you love the design, but you want a black gown? Done! Lace added? Straps Added? Sleeves added? Just email us and ask, we will do our best to accomodate you... it is what we do! Bespoke changes create extra charges.

When will I receive my Gown?

Gowns are usually created over 6  - 9 months, plus shipping time. After your order is placed we contact you to determine an appropriate delivery time.

Shipping

All Australian orders are sent from our Perth Atelier via Australia Post with tracking.

Quality

Nuku by name is synonymous with quality. All garments are fully quality checked prior to dispatch.

We pride ourselves on our service and take immense pleasure in doing absolutely as much as possible to bring your vision to life. Your  wedding is our priority, we can assist with many other elements of your day, just ask.

Couture Brides

Our Couture Brides can also request the attention of the designer or a stylist to attend your Wedding Day preparation. Such an honor.
