Returns, Exchanges & Credits

All Nuku Bridal Gowns and accessories are made to measure, made to order, or Couture Gowns. As such they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note at any time.

Any pre-order items are also ineligible for a refund or credit as they are being made for your order.

Sample Gowns are reduced price items, accordingly they are sold in 'as is' condition. They are strictly not returnable. No refunds, exchange or credit.

Sale items are also nonrefundable.

Australian Consumer Law will apply in the event of any manufacturing faults. In the event of a fault, NUKU will repair or replace the item with postage at NUKU cost. Customer must contact us (info@nuku.com.au) within 7 days of receiving goods stating the fault and await our response email which will include 'how to proceed' instructions.
